Client Obligations
By contracting Shining Hand Corp. for renovation services, you agree to the following:

• Provide accurate and timely information required for the project.

• Ensure that your property complies with relevant zoning and building regulations.

• Maintain access to the site as required by the Company for project completion.

• Obtain necessary permits and approvals unless otherwise agreed.

• Pay all invoices promptly as per the agreed-upon payment schedule.

 Pricing and Payments

• All quotes provided are based on initial evaluations. Final pricing may vary depending on unforeseen circumstances, such as material costs or project scope changes.

• Payments are due according to the terms specified in the contract. Late payments may incur interest fees or other penalties as outlined in the contract.

• The Company accepts payments via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or other methods as agreed.

Project Timeline and Delays
Shining Hand Corp. strives to complete all renovation projects on time. However, the Company is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Adverse weather conditions

• Delays in material delivery

• Force majeure events (natural disasters, labor strikes, etc.)

• Unforeseen complications on-site

In the event of any significant delays, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to revise the project timeline.
Warranties

• Shining Hand Corp. provides a warranty for the quality of workmanship on completed renovations, typically lasting one year from project completion. Specific warranty details will be outlined in the contract.

• Warranty coverage may be void if there are changes or alterations made to the work by parties other than Shining Hand Corp. during the warranty period.

• Materials provided by the Company may be subject to the manufacturer's warranty, which will be passed on to you if applicable.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shining Hand Corp. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Property damage

• Personal injury

• Loss of income or business opportunities

Our total liability, regardless of the nature of the claim, is limited to the total amount paid for the renovation services by the client under the contract.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, trademarks, text, images, and videos, is the property of Shining Hand Corp. and is protected by Canadian copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content without the explicit written consent of the Company.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information obtained during the course of the renovation project, unless disclosure is required by law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shining Hand Corp., its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of your actions, omissions, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
Modification of Terms
Shining Hand Corp. reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the revised terms will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
